School Budget Cuts Dream

This is my completed artwork, for the Wacom Bring Your Dreams To Life! Contest....

I was thinking, of some designs or concepts on what i was going to enter, and several came to mind...but i didnt want to do the whole fantasy - science fiction bit, so i went with something that is happening to alot of small schools across the country....BUDGET CUTS!!!, and some schools are stopping the arts/music programs in schools...Which is very depressing if you ask me...Where will creativity come from??? So this is my dream after seeing what budget cuts are doing to schools....There is a huge pile of money donated by a special someone....hee hee hee, so they will not have to shut down the art and music classes...

Just think where would we all be if there were no art classes in schools???

All artwork created using Autocad for design, and Photoshop CS4 for the coloring....
