Okay i made some major changes to the design...Cheers
Created a Miami style chic feel vehicle window graphic....I used some art deco styling to this design, with brings out the colorful styles in miami. Added more detailing to the art deco frame in the background, and deepened the colors a bit. Added more stars and shines.
Also added people in the background looking at some artwork, i also added in an art deco miami frame as well.
Created this entirely in photoshop, took about 50 hours to create.
Also i uploaded the low res submission, the high res version which looks AWESOME, will be available upon request.
